7. Duties, Duties and Powers of the Executive Director:

The Duties, Duties and Powers of the Executive Director shall be as follows:-
(a) To prepare the annual budget, program and plan of the committee and submit it to the committee (b) To prepare a proposal and submit it to the committee on matters to be decided by the committee (c) To implement the decisions made by the committee meeting,
(d) To control and monitor the administrative and financial operations of the committee (e) To inspect, monitor and evaluate the plans and programs run by the committee (f) To do other work as specified for achieving the objectives of the committee.
